Deep Breathing | Improve Vocal Quality

This workbook starts with visuals to guide you through the step-by-step process for deep breathing. This means:

  • relaxing the shoulders

  • inhaling deeply into the diaphragm

  • controlling the exhale (which will be replaced by speech)

Why?

Deep breathing and speaking on the exahlation turns on the power to your voice. With more air and controlled exhalations, you can better achieve and STRONGER and LOUDER voice.

Included in the workbook is a data tracker to use pre- and post.

  • Next move onto practicing sentences.

  • Now it's time to generalize these skills into the level of conversation! In the workbook there are conversation starters for adults.
