• Concentration in psychology completed at Charles University in the Czech Republic. 

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy at Georgia State University

What does M.Ed. CCC-SLP mean? 

I hold a Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) in Speech-Language Pathology and have earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  

 

This means I’ve completed graduate-level training, passed national certification exams, and met professional standards for clinical practice in speech-language pathology.​​​

Experience: 

I have 14+ years of experience working with family members in the school system, acute rehabilitation, nursing homes and private clinics.  My speciality areas include autism, down syndrome, speech sound disorders, traumatic brain injury and aphasia.   ​​

​

Hobbies: I enjoy making candles, doing yoga, learning about new cultures, watching vegetarian cooking videos on youtube and finding joy in the mundane.   ​
